CREAM UK 26 – Fulham Pier, London | Bueno

CREAM UK positions itself as “the home of Commercial Real Estate Asset Management”, bringing together asset owners and their allies to discuss asset strategy, management, service, ESG and technology, from asset repositioning to artificial intelligence. CREAM UK launched in 2025 and returns in 2026 at a larger venue on the banks of the Thames, Fulham Pier, adjoining Craven Cottage, the home of Fulham Football Club.

The CREAM UK 26 programme focuses on portfolio strategy and asset performance, responding to the growing “performance gap” between portfolios with a strong sustainability, experience and technology offering and those that are ageing.

The CREAM format

SPACE+ events are structured to keep senior leaders engaged throughout the day, combining Main Stage sessions, Tribes and 1:1 meetings. The brochure notes there are no sponsored presentations; sponsors participate by hosting sessions and discussions.

This Tribe is designed for asset managers, heads of sustainability and operations leaders who are navigating the shift from sustainability intent to operational performance proof. 

Sustainability commitments are now being tested against operational reality. The question is no longer whether buildings should perform – it’s whether landlords can prove that they do and demonstrate how they are doing it.. This Tribe seeks to look at what credible evidence looks like across building sustainability, valuations and leasing conversations, and how asset managers are continually improving performance.

Suggested discussion themes

• Where are you seeing sustainability performance genuinely influencing decisions – capex cases, valuation narratives, leasing conversations, lender requirements – and what evidence is increasingly expected?
• Which frameworks and ratings are you actually using to build that evidence base, and where do you see them becoming standard practice over the next 12-24 months?
• What does operational performance look like in practice across a landlord/tenant relationship, and which governance mechanisms are working?
• How do you prevent performance drift after upgrades and handovers – ownership, close-out, verification, maintaining outcomes over time?
