Bueno Analytics is a Supporting Sponsor of CREAM UK 26, the second annual CREAM UK event focused on commercial real estate asset management, portfolio strategy, ESG, technology, leasing and place. CREAM UK 26 is designed for senior asset owners and their allies, with a format built around peer-led discussion and practical takeaways for managing performance across office, retail, logistics and mixed-use portfolios.
About CREAM UK 26
CREAM UK positions itself as “the home of Commercial Real Estate Asset Management”, bringing together asset owners and their allies to discuss asset strategy, management, service, ESG and technology, from asset repositioning to artificial intelligence. CREAM UK launched in 2025 and returns in 2026 at a larger venue on the banks of the Thames, Fulham Pier, adjoining Craven Cottage, the home of Fulham Football Club.
The CREAM UK 26 programme focuses on portfolio strategy and asset performance, responding to the growing “performance gap” between portfolios with a strong sustainability, experience and technology offering and those that are ageing.
The CREAM format
SPACE+ events are structured to keep senior leaders engaged throughout the day, combining Main Stage sessions, Tribes and 1:1 meetings. The brochure notes there are no sponsored presentations; sponsors participate by hosting sessions and discussions.
Bueno Sustainability Tribe at CREAM UK 26
As part of our CREAM UK 26 sponsorship, Bueno will host the Sustainability Tribe session:
- Title: Maximising Asset Value: GRESB, NABERS UK, and Operational Performance Proof
- Time: 11:00am (Morning Tribes)
- Host: Hugh Amoyal, Bueno Analytics
- Location: 2nd Floor (as listed in the programme)
This Tribe is designed for asset managers, heads of sustainability and operations leaders who are navigating the shift from sustainability intent to operational performance proof. We’ll focus on how GRESB and NABERS UK are influencing asset strategy, and what “proof” looks like in practice when performance is delivered across landlord and tenant boundaries.
Suggested discussion themes
- Where are GRESB outcomes genuinely influencing decisions (capex, leasing, investor reporting, valuation narratives)?
- How is NABERS UK being used in the UK market today, and where do you expect adoption to land over the next 12–24 months?
- What breaks most often when teams attempt to evidence operational performance (data access, governance, split incentives)?
- How do leading portfolios prevent performance drift after projects and handovers, and maintain outcomes over time?
- What does “good” look like for close-out and verification, so performance improvements can be repeated at scale?
Co-hosts listed in the CREAM UK 26 programme include Shreya Sheth (Patrizia), Anthea Harries (The Duchy of Cornwall), David Kaiser (Oneder), Sarah Goldman (Related Argent), Liam Graham (Cellnex), Tom Knight (The Portman Estate), Petrina Austin (Tritax), Henry Shearer (The King’s Cross Group) and Freddie Fforde (Patch).
