From Site to Scale: Driving Sustainability Across Health Infrastructure Portfolios

This session will look at what it takes to turn a proven result at one hospital into a consistent approach across an entire health portfolio. Drawing on Bueno’s work with private and public hospitals in Australia, Tyrone will show how system agnostic analytics brings data from different building management systems (BMS) together, so every site is measured against the same performance standard regardless of the equipment installed.
The session will cover how maintenance prédictive identifies faults before equipment fails, why commercial building rules don’t work in clinical environments, and how hospitals can reduce energy without changing the conditions clinical areas depend on. It will also explore how one verified dataset can support emissions reporting and help prioritise capital spend across an ageing estate.
Tyrone will also join a panel discussion from 2:00pm to 2:20pm alongside three industry experts to answer audience questions.
